The Nevada State Athletic Commission handed down their official ruling late last night regarding BJ Penn’s formal complaint against Georges St. Pierre after their UFC 94 fight. St. Pierre, the current UFC welterweight champion was suspended for a period of nine months (270 days) and fined $160,000. The fine amounts to 40% of the fight purse he earned for UFC 94.
